    • Each artist is allowed up to 5 art entries.
    • Artwork entries will be accepted through September 16, 2019.
    • If you don’t have the exact pieces already created, submit images of past work so we can get an idea of what to expect from you as an artist.
    • Entries must be appropriate for public viewing.
    • Artwork must remain for the duration of the show.
    • When dropped off, 2D submissions must be suitably framed, wired (or ready for wire), and ready for hanging.
      Engage Management has the right to refuse to display artwork that is not ready to be hung.
    • 3D works must be stable to avoid damage to ad or viewer.

    Artwork entry submissions will be accepted through September 14th, 2021 at 12AM. To submit your art entry form, please ensure the information below is filled out fully and submitted. You should receive a verification email once submitted.

    This year, we are including a Youth category for students grade 9 – 12. If you fall within this window, please make sure to fill out the form below stating this. All forms with artist under 18 must be signed by
    parent/guardian.

    If Your Artwork is Selected

    If your artwork is selected to be displayed during the art show, a picture of your art, artwork name, and artist contact information will be included into a website. This website is for spectator’s use. They will have the ability to reach out to you individually to express interest or arrange purchase from the information found on this web page.
    Also, if you’re artwork is selected to show, it will be transported from the drop off location to the Brick Room on September 29th. If you choose to transport your artwork yourself, you are able to do so, however this must be done between 8AM – 12PM on September 29th.

    If Your Artwork is Not Selected

    If your art work is not selected, you will be notified on September 22nd and asked to pick your artwork back up on the 23rd or 24th. Any artwork left beyond this date will become property of Engage Management to donate.

        I authorize Engage Management and its affiliates and partners (“EM”) to select any piece submitted (“art”) for the show. Art may be used for any marketing or promotion by EM. I agree to deliver and remove art to and from the designated locations at the designated time. I authorize EM to install art. I confirm I have read and agree to all show rules and requirements. I confirm all information I have disclosed in this form is correct. I agree to hold EM harmless for any loss, damage, or theft to art. EM will not and cannot be held liable to or by any artist for any reason whatsoever.
